What is a valid form of ID?
All patrons must have a valid form of identification to enter events with age restrictions. We will deny entry to anyone presenting fraudulent identification. No refunds.
Acceptable Forms of Identification:
- Valid Photo United States Issued ID
- Valid Photo Passport
- Original Birth Certificate (must have raised seal) along with another Current Photo ID
Unacceptable Forms of Identification (list not exhaustive):
- School ID
- Firearm/Conceal & Carry ID
- Temporary Driving Permits which do not contain a photo or the State’s raised seal are no acceptable forms of identification for proof of age.

What is defined as a ‘small camera’ in your camera policy?
Generally speaking, ‘small cameras’ are defined as smaller than 5″, point and shoot cameras without a detachable lens or zoom capability.

Is food available in Delmar Hall?
Food is not available in Delmar Hall. Customers are able to bring food (no drinks) into Delmar Hall, or have it delivered.
What does “Sold Out” mean?
When a show is sold out, it means there are no longer tickets available. If you haven’t already purchased tickets, you will not be able to attend the sold out show. Unlike some venues, we do not usually hold back tickets for release at the last minute.
How did the show sell out 10 seconds after it went on sale?!?
Contrary to popular belief, shows do not sell out in 10 seconds. Or 5 minutes. Or even 10 minutes. So why do you sometimes receive the “tickets not available at this time” message immediately when a show goes on sale? In this case there are more people attempting to purchase tickets than tickets that are available. Not everyone will get through immediately – some times it comes down to the luck of the click of the mouse. A buyer has 5 minutes to purchase tickets or they will be released back into the system. This means if you keep trying there is a chance you could still pick up tickets. We will announce when the show is sold out – keep trying until then!
What happens if I don’t have my ticket with me when I arrive for the show?
Everyone must have a valid ticket in order to enter Delmar Hall (This includes young children and babies. These individuals must also pay the $2 minor surcharge). If your ticket was purchased by phone or on-line with Ticketmaster, and you are the person who purchased the ticket, there is a chance that we can find it in the system. Please proceed to the Delmar Hall Box Office for assistance. However, if your ticket was purchased at a Ticketmaster outlet or the Box Office there is no record which ties the purchase to you personally. You will need to purchase another ticket if you are unable to retrieve your original ticket, but please be aware that if the event is sold out you will not be able to purchase additional tickets.
Are credit and debit cards accepted at the bar? How about at the merchandise booth?
Credit and Debit Cards are gladly accepted in Delmar Hall along with a matching photo ID. Whether or not band merchandise accepts debit/credit cards depends on the individual artist. ATM machines are located inside Delmar Hall.
I used my debit card at the bar. Why is my transaction reflecting an incorrect amount?
When credit and debit cards are used at the bars, our system initially preauthorizes $25.00 to verify funds are available. It continues to preauthorize funds as your tab accumulates. Once the tab is closed, Delmar Hall releases the excess funds and processes the transaction for the accurate amount. However it can take your bank a few days to process the release of funds which is why it may look as if the incorrect amount was charged to your account. Your account should clear up in a few days.
What if I forget to close my tab?
All open tabs that are left at the bar after closing are charged to the card we are holding including a gratuity of 18%.
I lost something at a show. Do you have it?
All lost and found items are held for thirty days during which you can retrieve them at Suite 100 or Halo Bar with a matching description. Please call the following day after 2pm to inquire about the item: 314.726.6161.

How do I obtain a refund if a show is cancelled?
Please return to your point of purchase with your ticket(s) to obtain a refund. If you purchased online or by phone through Ticketmaster, you will automatically be refunded. If you purchased via a Credit Card, please remember to bring the Credit Card with you. All refunds are given in the same manner they were purchased.
