All tickets are sold through Ticketmaster and carry a transaction fee. However, if you purchase tickets with cash at our Box Office, Suite 100, or the Halo Bar, tickets are discounted to face value – avoiding transaction fees.
Please note: when purchasing your tickets with cash, your tickets are your receipt.
The Pageant & Delmar Hall Box Offices
The individual venue Box Offices are only open on show nights beginning two hours prior to the scheduled door time. Suite 100 serves as the Box Office during all other times. Additionally, The Pageant Box Office or Suite 100 is open when tickets initially go on sale. Please note that phone sales are not available.

Monday through Saturday : 10am to 6pm
Most The Pageant Show Sundays : 12noon to 6pm
*If open, Suite 100 will sell tickets until 11pm on The Pageant show nights.
The Halo Bar Hours
Most The Pageant Show Nights: 5pm to close
*If open, the Halo Bar will sell tickets until 11pm on The Pageant show nights.

WILL CALL TICKETS
For those who purchase tickets in advance and choose will call delivery, tickets can be picked up on the day of the show at the Box Office starting two hours prior to the scheduled door time. You must present a valid photo ID and the credit card used to purchase your tickets in order to pick them up.
Will call tickets must be picked up by the person who purchased the tickets. The Pageant and Delmar Hall cannot give tickets to third parties, no exceptions. If you would like to change the name of your will call order, please call Ticketmaster at 1.800.653.8000 and request a will call name change or log-in to your Ticketmaster account and click “transfer tickets”. Any name changes done via the phone system must be done 24 hours prior to the show.
LOST & DAMAGED TICKETS
We recommend that you keep your tickets in a safe place. If you’ve lost or damaged your tickets, please call Ticketmaster at 1.800.653.8000 and claim a lost or damaged ticket.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Refunds are only given when the headlining act cancels the show. Ticket exchanges are prohibited, no exceptions. If you are unable to attend the show and would like to resell your ticket, please consider Ticketmaster’s TM+ Program when available. Visit Ticketmaster’s website for more details.
When a show has been cancelled, please return to your point of purchase to obtain a refund. If you purchased online or over the phone with Ticketmaster, your refund will process automatically. If you purchased at our Box Office using a credit card, please remember to bring the credit card used along with a valid photo ID. All refunds are given in the same manner as the tickets were originally purchased.
GUEST LIST & PHOTO PASSES
Guest list tickets and photo passes are available at the Box Office on the day of the show approximately one hour prior to the scheduled door time. Names for the guest list and photo pass list are not confirmed until this time. If you would like to confirm your status on the list prior to this, please inquire with your point of contact directly.
The Pageant & Delmar Hall strongly encourage you to ONLY purchase tickets from Ticketmaster (our exclusive ticketing partner) or the artist’s official website. Ticket purchases from any other third party are not guaranteed to be authentic and subsequently do not guarantee entry. When purchasing outside Ticketmaster, you risk receiving counterfeit/duplicate tickets. The Pageant & Delmar Hall do not have relationships with any other ticket vendor so if problems arise, we will not be able to assist or verify your account information. This means you may forfeit money spent and still not gain entry to the event. Please consult our calendars for ticket purchases to our shows or visit our Box Office to purchase directly from us.
